When designing the Pike, we wanted to capture the essence of that iconic bit loafer design we all love, while tweaking and modernizing it. A smaller metal bit is used to tone down what is usually an overly aggressive detail; sleeker hand-stitched aprons maintain the classic bit loafer look without turning the shoe into a moccasin; and finally, our soft-chiselLPB last and Goodyear-welted construction ensure ahandsome shape free of any clunkiness.
